Dr. Scott is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine with a thriving client base in Arizona and Illinois. In addition to her expertise as a Functional Health Coach, she also serves as a CranioSacral Therapist and Medical Massage Therapist. As a Health Coach, she provides a customized, integrative approach to healing, specializing in identifying the root cause of disease and symptom manifestation through education, empowerment, and advocacy.
Dr. Scott takes a holistic approach to each client's unique health journey, meeting them where they are when ad dressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. She is skilled in various bodywork modalities and offers a broad range of physical therapeutic techniques that facilitate relaxation, restore function, and maximize recovery. She combines precise assessments and structural integrative therapy to optimize recovery and rehabilitation.
With advanced techniques such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Facial Manipulation, Cupping, and Rehabilitative Stretching, she works to address complex clinical issues such as athletic injuries, injuries from motor vehicle accidents, and postural dysfunction.

Alicia is a Holistic Nurse with over 21 years of experience in the healing arts with a deep commitment to helping others heal and embrace meaningful and fulfilling lives. She specializes in Holistic Health Guidance and Energy Medicine, holds a Master of Science in Complementary and Integrative Health from Drexel University, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. She has received additional training in Healing Touch, Reiki, and Eden Energy Medicine.
Alicia's passion for complementary and integrative health emerged during her time in home health care, where she witnessed seriously ill patients seeking alternative methods for healing and symptom relief. She became inspired to explore and practice various holistic modalities, including meditation, yoga, aromatherapy, and energy healing.
Beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Alicia primarily served individuals with Alzheimer's and other types of dementia. Her extensive expertise as a Registered Nurse and case manager in home health care and home-based palliative care further strengthens her ability to support individuals on their healing journeys.
Alicia aims to transform the healthcare experience and promote holistic well-being for all she serves. She is committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care and is dedicated to empowering individuals to take an active role in their healing process.
Alyana is a licensed esthetician and laser technician, who is deeply passionate about skincare and beauty. She specializes in microneedling and advanced body treatments, artfully combining her technical expertise with a holistic wellness perspective to deliver transformative results.
Alyana goes beyond standard facial services, embracing a results-oriented philosophy that nurtures and revitalizes the skin from head to toe, helping clients achieve radiant and healthy skin. Dr. Shay is a holistic wellness specialist offering Acupressure, CranioSacral Therapy, and Corrective Exercise services. As a Certified Nutritional Therapist, Goju-Ryu Black Belt Karate, and Tai Chi Instructor, she combines her diverse expertise to guide individuals on their journey towards optimal health. Dr. Shay's passion lies in helping others become the best version of themselves and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to supporting individuals in achieving their goals.
Dr. Shay has given workshops on health related topics at World T’ai Chi Day at the Franciscan Renewal Center, The International Conference on Childhood Obesity, ShapeUP US, and The Center for Holistic Health. Her work has been formally recognized and an abstract has been published by the International Journal on Obesity. She also teaches as Adjunct Faculty for the Maricopa Community College District and her work has been recognized there. Dr. Shay recently presented “The Mind-Body Connection: Impacts on Diversity and Inclusion” at the MCCD annual Student Success Conference. Dr. Shay teaches Anatomy & Physiology remotely at Laramie County Community College (LCCC).
Amanda is working with corporations and individual clients to reduce stress and increase happiness. Her ultimate goal is to help people effortlessly incorporate wellness into their daily lives. She discovered the benefits of Vedic Meditation seven years ago while working in San Francisco, using it to reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep. After a profound transformation, she has devoted the past two years to diving deeper into the practice and becoming a certified teacher.
Amanda's journey also involved studying Creative Intelligence & Emotional Intelligence extensively, including over 2000 hours of training and mentorship under the guidance of Thom Knoles, a Doctor of Science specializing in Creative Intelligence, a renowned master of consciousness and meditation, and an expert in cognitive neuroscience.
