Mindful Breathing

Whenever you feel a bit overwhelmed or distracted, just take a moment to notice your breath. Feel your chest rise and fall, notice the air coming in and out. You can even try counting your breaths or focusing on how each inhale makes you feel. Breath awareness is all about tuning into your breathing and using it to be present. So next time life gets hectic, just remember to breathe!

Mindful Listening

Instead of just hearing words, really tune in when someone is talking. Pay attention to what they’re saying and how they’re saying it. Try to let go of any thought about what you want to say or distractions around you. Just focus on the other person. It'sPlus, it can help you understand them better!

Mindful Movement

Learn mindful movement techniques such as yoga or tai chi to connect with your body while you move.Tune into your body while you stretch, walk or do yoga. Pay attention to what you are doing. Feel each stretch, your breath, and let go of any stress. This practice is great for promoting relaxation and stress relief.

Mindful Eating

Instead of just scarfing down your meals while scrolling through your phone or watching TV, try to take a moment to be present with your food. Notice the colors, the smells, and textures before you dig in. Take smaller bites and savor each one. Listen to your body - eat when youre hungry and stop when youre full. This can help you enjoy your food more and maybe even help you make healthier choices without trying too hard!
