Alignment is not just about one area of the body. It reflects how everything is working together. Imbalances can begin at the feet, but are often influenced by the hips, spine, and nervous system. When only one area is addressed, the pattern often returns.
My work focuses on restoring balance across the whole system so the body can move, adapt, and stabilize more efficiently over time. The goal is not temporary relief, but lasting change.
This may include:
- Hands-on care to release tension and restriction
- Supporting more efficient movement and structural balance
- Addressing compensation patterns throughout the body
As this work progresses, I also look at the body from the ground up. When the foundation is not well supported, the body compensates. When appropriate, custom orthotics may be used to support how your body moves.
These are created from a 3D scan of your feet and designed to reflect your structure and movement.
I use Foot Levelers custom orthotics when additional support is needed. Unlike store-bought inserts, they support all three arches and provide:
- Personalized fit based on your structure and gait patterns
- Improved alignment from the ground up
- Reduced strain on joints and soft tissue
- Better support for daily movement
