We currently serve patients in 48 U.S. states through our telehealth network. Virtual consultations are available in every state except Alabama and Mississippi due to current medical regulations.

How Virtual Visits Work

Our telehealth process is private, HIPAA-compliant, and designed for comfort and convenience. Most patients can complete everything from start to shipment within just a few days.

   Share your goals, health history, and any recent labs so we can personalize your care.

2. Step 2

   Connect with our care team

   Our team reaches out to review your information, answer questions, and guide your next step.

3. Step 3

   Finalize payment

   You’ll complete your program payment securely online or by phone before meeting your provider.

4. Step 4

   Meet with our licensed providers

   You’ll have a private telehealth visit with one of our licensed providers who will review your information and approve your personalized treatment plan.

5. Step 5

   Receive your medication

   Your prescription is processed and shipped directly from our partner pharmacy. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

In-Person Care in Arizona

Prefer an in-person visit? We welcome you to our Chandler, Arizona location inside SHAYANN SCOTT THERAPEUTICS™. Patients can receive hands-on therapies, functional wellness consultations, and local support that complements their telehealth plan.
