Tabletop Time Massage brings the structure and flow of Thai-style bodywork onto the table for a grounded, supportive experience. You remain fully clothed in soft, flexible clothing like leggings, joggers or athletic shorts and a fitted top. No oils or lotions are used, and you can move freely without needing to change into a robe or disrobe at all.
During the session, I use hands, forearms and body-weight pressure to open tight areas, elongate the muscles and gently mobilize the joints. You’ll experience a mix of stretching, compression, traction and rhythmic pressure that encourages your body to loosen without force. The pace is calm and steady, allowing your nervous system to settle while your muscles release in layers.
Most clients describe it as deeply therapeutic but not overwhelming. You’ll feel supported the entire time, guided through movements that target stiffness in the hips, low back, shoulders and legs. The goal is to help you move better, feel lighter and walk out with more space and ease in your body.
